Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Shot2Labs, info@shot2pet.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is however not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Digital content (image files)

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun the execution of the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader shall begin the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving their consent to the beginning of the execution of the contract (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).

At Shot2Pet, you are expressly informed before the purchase of digital downloads and agree that contract fulfillment begins immediately and that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Credits (balance)

When purchasing Credits, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of contract conclusion. The right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB as soon as the user redeems Credits (i.e. starts an image generation), as this constitutes the beginning of contract execution.

You are informed of this before purchasing Credits and confirm your acknowledgement.

Print products (personalized goods)

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

The prints ordered at Shot2Pet are individually manufactured according to your specifications (uploaded pet photo, chosen art style, chosen format) and are therefore covered by this exclusion.
